The level of service provided is decided by you. We can simply prepare and file your tax return for you and advise you of your tax position for the year. Or you can appoint us as your tax agent and we will monitor your tax position and advise on due dates for payment and pursue tax refunds on your behalf.
We use software approved by HM Revenue and Customs. This software has been developed over a number of years since the introduction of online filing and it is considered to be one of the best systems available.
Our outsourcing service is available to agents, brokers and other institutions whose clients or customers are required to submit tax returns or make tax repayment claims. The way our service is structured allows you to offer a tax return service, gather the information from your client or customer and then forward this to us to complete the tax return or repayment claim. At no time do we make direct contact with your client or customer and any queries relating to the information provided are channelled through you. As far as your client or customer is aware, it is you who are providing the service. In this way we save you the cost of acquiring tax return software and employing tax staff with the costs of salaries, employer's national insurance, pensions and possibly health insurance whilst at the same time providing your clients or customers with an added value service.
We feel our service will apppeal to busy individuals who will be able to send information to us electronically rather than by post. The service we offer maximises the flexibility offered by the internet and email and reduces the need or storing paper copies of tax returns and calculations. |
